Return Policy

If for any reason you need to return an item, you must have return authorization number from our customer service department.
Although highly unlikely, if you are not happy with your selection, you may return it for full refund within 30 days. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
In order for us to process your return accurately and efficient, we ask that you include with your merchandise and a copy of your receipt.  All items returned must be in the same condition that they were shipped, undamaged and unused.  We are not able to accept any jewelry items for return that do not have the original tags attached (have not been removed at any time).  
Call our customer service department at 714-733-3636, and ask for return authorization number.  Do not mark on the package any such work as earrings, silver, jewelry, or other words that would entice theft.
Ship the items via U.S. Postal Service Registered Insured Return Receipt Requested, and be sure to retain your copy of the postal documents.  Return your item to:
